- Tissue Paper MachineTissue Paper machine Longitudinal direction from the headbox inlet to the end of reeler, horizontal direction from operating table on the operation side to the end of main drive motor on the drivig side, including the direct control of all electrical and pneumatic control equipment in above scope.
- Disc ThickenerThis equipment is a continuous rotary concentration equipment, which is mainly used for dehydration and concentration of mechanical wood pulp, waste pulp, reed pulp, bamboo pulp, common residue pulp, straw pulp and other pulp materials with low free degree (high beating degree), short fiber or high pulp concentration.
- Bow ThickenerFiber recovery: white water in various pulping and papermaking processes is treated to recover fibers.
- Mid Consistency Pressure ScreenIt is suitable for heat screening of wood pulp or straw pulp, rough screening or fine screening of chemical pulp and waste pulp.
- Inflow Pressure ScreenIt is used for screening the low consistency pulp ,wood-pulp, straw pulp and waste paper. also used as fine screen before paper machine.
- Double Disc RefinerDouble Disc Refiner is used for continuously pulping chemical wood pulp, mechanical pulp, and recycled pulp under consistency of 3%-5%, which is an ideal pulping equipment.
- Mid Consistency PulperM.C. Hydrapulper is mainly used for separating waste paper and ink under high consistency in waste paper deinking process.
- High Consistency PulperThe high consistency pulper is mainly used in the deinking process of waste paper. Under the condition of high concentration and water temperature of 60-90℃, the pulping can be done quickly.
- Drum PulperThis Drum type hydrapulper is mainly used in the paper making industry to breaking continuously and coarse screening of the waste paper material under the high consistency. It can maximum keep the physical property of the fiber.
- D Type PulperThis equipment adopts D type structure, which improves the work efficiency, and it can be used for pulping waste paper & wet strength paper.
- Rope CutterRope cutter is used for cutting off the rope from ragger in waste paper recycling system.
- RaggerRagger is mainly used in paper making industry to remove the twined materials in the waste pulp, such as iron wire, rope, plastic and cotton yarn and so on. It is one of necessary equipment of continuous pulping system.
